Replacement and Cancellation Policy
If you made a mistake with an order and need to cancel it, please contact us ASAP. While we try to schedule order fulfilment and shipping days, sometimes we process orders within the same day. Once an order is shipped, we do not process returns.
We try our best to advertise our plants honestly, giving accurate descriptions of what you will receive. Please be aware that we do not ship large plants, and the majority of our nursery stock is grown from seed or cuttings, and under 2 feet tall. Plant height will always be specified under “Additional Information”. If you are dissatisfied with the plants you received, we will do our best to make things right; we do not issue refunds.
Every measure is taken to maintain the health and beauty of the plants being shipped. Plants are gently bent or pruned if they are too tall to fit in the shipping boxes. In the unlikely event that your plant is severely damaged or destroyed during the shipping process, please take photos and contact us ASAP. When possible, we will replace damaged plants with the same variety, or a variety of equal value.
